What is the return policy?
Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, find the Start a Return button under Customer Care at the bottom of this page and follow the instructions on that page.
Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to accept returns on certain items. These will be carefully marked before purchase.
When will I get my order?
We will work dispatch your order within 24 hours. Once this has been completed you will be notified by Australia Post regarding approximate delivery dates.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in a WRAP certified factory in Sri Lanka. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free as it is included in the product cost.
