Refund policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and unworn

In the same condition as received
-
With all original tags attached
To start a return, you must complete the Returns Form found on the Start a Returns page with your order details.
Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.
Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll email you within 1–2 business days.
If approved, you’ll receive:

A return shipping label

Instructions on how and where to send your item
Approved returns must be sent using the provided return shipping label and instructions.
No label = no return. Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a new item is to return your original item. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order separately.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once your return has been received and inspected.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
